The Sales Executive will be responsible for drivingrevenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing clientrelationships, and selling Mettlestate’s esports, gaming, and experientialsolutions to brands and agencies. This role suits someone who understands salesfundamentals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interestin gaming, esports, or youth culture.
Identify, pitch, and secure new businessopportunities across brands, agencies, and partners
Build and manage strong, long-term clientrelationships
Develop tailored sales proposals aligned toclient objectives and budgets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensuresuccessful campaign and activation delivery
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts,and reporting
Attend industry events, gaming activations, andclient meetings when required
Stay informed on industry trends, competitoractivity, and market opportunities
3–5 years proven experience in sales, businessdevelopment, or account management
Experience selling media, digital, experiential,sponsorship, or entertainment solutions is advantageous
Strong communication, presentation, andnegotiation skills
Ability to work independently whilecollaborating with a wider team
Comfortable managing multiple clients andprojects simultaneously
Results-driven with a clear understanding ofrevenue targets and KPIs
Passion or strong interest in gaming, esports, or youth culture ishighly beneficial
A self-starter who takes initiative andownership of their pipeline
Confident, professional, andrelationship-focused
Creative thinker who can translate brandobjectives into compelling solutions
Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving,evolving industry
